Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services of Home Help Solution

By accessing or booking through our website or by availing any of our domestic help services,
you agree to abide by these terms. These conditions define the responsibilities, rights, and obligations between the client and Home Help Solution.
The terms “You”, “Client”, or “Customer” refer to individuals or entities using our website or services for any purpose.
1. Service Categories & Token Fees
- Full-Time Maids (8–24 hours): A non-refundable token fee of ₹1,999 is applicable.
- Part-Time Maids (2–7 hours): A non-refundable token fee of ₹999 is applicable.
The token fee confirms your booking and is mandatory before we share maid profiles.
2. Consultancy & Recruitment Fees
Home Help Solution charges a one-time consultancy fee equivalent to one month’s maid salary + 18% GST.
- This service fee is for recruitment and verification assistance only.
- Salary payment is to be made directly by the client to the maid every month.
- The consultancy fee is due upon confirmation of hiring and is strictly non-refundable.
3. Profile Sharing & Trial Policy
Once the token fee is received, 2–3 maid profiles will be shared within 1–2 working days.
Full-Time Maids:
- After token payment, a 3-day trial is provided.
- 50% of the consultancy fee is payable after 3 days of trial.
- The remaining 50% is payable after 15 days of continued service.
Part-Time Maids:
- After token payment, a 1-day trial is provided.
- The full consultancy fee is payable immediately after the trial.
4. Replacement & Guarantee Policy
- Home Help Solution provides a 1-year replacement guarantee for all placed maids.
- Up to 3 replacements can be availed within the 1-year period.
- Replacement eligibility requires:
- Clearing of previous maid’s salary dues.
- No change in job role, salary, or location by the client.
- No refund will be processed if the client cancels the service during the guarantee period.
5. Client–Maid Relationship
- Home Help Solution acts as a recruitment intermediary and is not the employer of the maid.
- Daily supervision, timing, salary, and leaves are entirely managed between the client and the maid.
- The company is not responsible for:
- Salary disputes or absenteeism
- Personal or behavioral issues
- Legal matters or damages caused by either party
6. Code of Conduct & Misuse
- If a client mistreats, harasses, or abuses a maid in any form, the maid has the right to discontinue immediately. No replacement or refund will be provided.
- If a maid’s complaint is found legally valid, Home Help Solution is not liable for compensation.
- Clients are prohibited from hiring or contacting maids directly without company mediation for 2 years post rejection or termination.
- Violation of this clause will invite legal action and service blacklisting.
7. Confidentiality Clause
All maid profiles shared are confidential. Sharing these profiles with third parties who hire directly will incur full consultancy charges from Home Help Solution.
8. Verification & Safety
- We recommend that clients conduct police verification before confirming employment.
- The client should check the maid’s belongings during entry and exit for safety.
- Home Help Solution assists with verification but is not liable for theft, loss, or misconduct.
9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All service and consultancy fees are non-refundable once paid.
- If the client cancels the request after payment, no refund will be applicable.
- If the company fails to provide a replacement within 15 working days, a credit note will be issued, redeemable for future services.
10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes or claims shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
